PLEASE NOTE: In this download you can find a legal Model Release build by an attorney which you can use before any professional private photo session you do as a freelance model or on any collaborative photo shoot. The file contains a printable PDF form, and a customisable Microsoft WORD and iOS PAGES file. If you don’t want to print out the model release but send it out digitally, please remember to enter your Name in the first paragraph of the release in the free space before (‘Model’) in one of the customisable files.

Building a safe industry is the duty of everyone involved. Any artist and model can do their part. Being able to utilise a Model Release on any occasion necessary will give you agency, will set you apart as a professional model and weed out any unprofessional, unethical intent.
